Store Policy

Payments are accepted via Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo and PayPal (for PayPal payments there will be PayPal fees included and sales TAX if you are in California).
Shipping is on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
All orders will be shipped to your nearest FedEx HUB (we ship FedEx Priority Overnight). Please make sure you will bring your ID when picking up packages at FedEx HUB.
All States the shipping price is $49.99 flat rate (to the FedEx HUB).
If no HUB available in your area and we need to ship to your residence, an additional $10 "residence delivery fee" will be added. To the residence we ship Priority Overnight.
Low temperatures - We can send to residential addresses so long as the 'low temp' on delivery day is 35 F or higher. We can send to hub with temps as low as 25 F.
High temperatures - We can send to residential addresses so long as the 'high temp' on delivery day does not exceed 85 F. We can send to hub with temps as high as 100 F
PRICE ALSO INCLUDED INSULATED BOX, HEAT OR ICE PACK (IF NEEDED).
Adult animals will be shipped to FedEx HUB ONLY!
I offer LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee) to FedEx HUB and to your door. LAG WILL BE VOID if you will not pick up your shipment from the HUB within two hours of pick-up time!
If order shipped to your house, you must be able to take box inside the house withing first 2 hours after it’s been marked delivered. If box kept outdoor for more than 2 hours and it’s hot or cold outside ice or heat pack may fail, and tarantula may die. Please be responsible and have someone home to be able to accept the shipment. This not applied if tarantula been shipped to FedEx Ship Center “HOLD FOR PICKUP”. From Ship Center you need to pick up and report if tarantula dead on the delivery day but can be at any time. If tarantula dies during the shipping, I will reimburse the money (for tarantula only, not the shipping) or will offer another tarantula in exchange and also will offer the free shipping. Also, I give 24 hours after shipment was marked “delivered” to make sure tarantula is doing well. If you think something is wrong with it, contact me withing those 24 hours. If tarantula was not reported sick or dead within first 24 hours after was marked “delivered” by FedEx, and it is later died in your care, it will be only your personal responsibility, and I will not replace it or return payment. “Freebies” (free/gift tarantula/s) are not covered by LAG and won’t be replaced.
