Shipping Days We ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays via FedEx Priority Overnight. Delivery Location All orders are shipped to your nearest FedEx Ship Center (Hub) for Hold for Pickup. IMPORTANT: You must bring a valid photo ID when picking up your package. Shipping Rate Flat rate of $49.99 to any FedEx Hub in the U.S. (Includes insulated box, heat/ice pack if needed.) ⸻ Weather Guidelines We monitor weather closely to ensure safe delivery. • Cold Weather: Shipments allowed if low temp is 25°F or higher on delivery day. • Hot Weather: Shipments allowed if high temp is 100°F or lower on delivery day. ⸻ Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) LAG is only offered when shipping to a FedEx Hub. LAG is VOID if: • Package is not picked up within 2 hours of being marked “ready for pickup” by FedEx. If your tarantula arrives DOA or appears unwell: • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. • Include clear photos or video of the animal in its original container. • If approved, a replacement tarantula or refund for the animal only (not shipping) will be offered. • Free shipping is included for replacements. No LAG on Giveaways or Freebies. Free/gift tarantulas are not covered by LAG and cannot be replaced or refunded.
